Birthday Outfit – Paint Stained Jeans
This year I celebrated my birthday in a very casual way, cause I’m so over these birthdays. Now that I’m in m
y early fifties, I’m kinda done with the celebratory thing. I just wanted to have a no fuss, low-key birthday. So I got my jeans out and and me and boyfriend went to dinner, movies and to a jazz club afterward. Again, no fuss, just casual, spontaneous fun!
Now let me get into the outfit. I was super hyped to find these paint stained jeans on clearance for $14 at a junior store. Love, love, love it. Reminds me a pair I had back in the 80’s. I immediately thought retro throwback. I had to have them.
I also told one my girlfriend at work about it who has a similar style and she managed to get herself a pair as well! These jeans are awesome and they made my birthday outfit pop align with this extra cute animal print bag I scored at th
e Goodwill for $3! I had a great birthday and I hope to do something similar next year.

I’m a 50 year old hard working mom (now empty nester) that loves fashion, but my purse strings ain’t so flexible! My 24 year old son is college graduate and living his own life, so I got some time on my hands *wink* Now that you got the 5 second rundown; pull up a chair, get that Latte and browse around.
